Days to Remember:
May 17th - Penis Story: Kale has started touching his penis so I was teaching the correct word, etc. One day I asked him "Where's your penis?" but it was the first time I asked him while he still had his diaper on. He bent down and looked between his legs and looked all around. Then he made the "all gone" sign by flipping his hands face up and face down, his guys got really big, and he said "Uh Ohhhh!" I busted out laughing, so he kept doing over and over. Of course, I took his diaper off and showed him that his penis was not all gone!!
May 17th - Likes to look at pics of Chad and Nani and point and say their names. Reading most video 1 and video 2 words. Added "rain" to his sign language.
May 19th - More words, all gone, abby, stick, rock, couch, garage (all baby pronunciation). Likes to collect rocks outside. Reads "ant" and "cookie" which are not part of the program.
May 21st - Points at all the spots and crumbs on the carpet and says "uck" for yucky.
May 22nd - Brushes the cat's hair. Says "uff" for Fruff. Bought a potty chair, though we are not ready to use it. He likes to sit in it though.
PICS: Kale loves to draw pretty pictures on his magnadoodle. He has a travel size one he plays with in his car seat too. He often thinks he's writing the letter F. He will scribble and then show us, pointing to the picture and saying "eppffff." We tell him it's the most beautiful F we've ever seen. On May 23rd, we went to a Native American festival where Kale had the best time dancing and stomping in a circle with everyone to the drum beats and chants!
